Our journey began in January 2020, when we started gathering our gen z community together to identify gaps in period care. We have spent the last year working to collectively democratize access to period health education, identify solutions for more sustainable and comfortable period products, and build with our #InnerCycle.
SUSTAINABILITY We are witnessing our global climate change rapidly, and it is terrifying. Sustainability is at the core of how we have developed August period care — starting from the very beginning of our supply chain.

Every purchase made with August directly contributes to period poverty reducing initiatives and taking a stand against the “tampon tax” — a sales tax imposed on period products.
