Nick Panama is a Partner at PTK Capital, where he leads media and music investments across the portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in digital media, entertainment, music, and consumer brands, Nick has built and scaled companies alongside some of the world’s leading creative talent.
A four-time founder with multiple exits, Nick launched his first company—Cantora Records—while still in high school, signing Grammy winners MGMT and helping break artists like Francis and the Lights and Bear Hands. He went on to co-found and lead SALT, the acclaimed podcast studio behind #1 shows featuring Dave Chappelle, Chris Pine, Ninja, Mo Amer, and more. Under his leadership, SALT earned top honors from Apple, iHeartRadio, and The New York Times.
Nick has held leadership roles at RadicalMedia, Evolution Media, and MATTE Projects, and began his career with early stints at Universal Music Group and Dim Mak Records under Steve Aoki. He is also a mentor with Techstars, advising emerging founders across media and technology.
